If you’re anything like me, you may have a propensity for perfection– even though your method for preparation lends more toward mediocrity, an appreciation for expensive serveware, and an all-consuming obsession with food, especially artisan cheese. If this is you, I promise you’ve found the right place. My job is to take the guesswork out of simplifying your soirée, and I take my job very seriously, so put down the Pinterest board (for now) and let’s get started with the basics.
